From 9-5 Grind to Amazon FBA Seller Success

If you’ve ever thought about selling on Amazon but felt overwhelmed by the process, you’re not alone. For years I had watched countless videos on social media about how other people had success with it , I dreamed about becoming a Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) seller, but the journey wasn’t easy. It took convincing Jason to get on board and then lots of long nights after working our 9-5 jobs, endless research, interviews, failed product samples and more frustration then I would like to admit.

But here is the exciting part: after years of trial and error, we finally cracked the code – and today, we have not one but three individual products selling amazingly well on Amazon!!!

The Struggle Before the Breakthrough

When you work a traditional 9-5 job, it can feel like all of your energy goes to someone else’s dream. I would come home exhausted, cook dinner, and then dive right into researching product trends, analyzing data, and figuring out shipping logistics.

The hardest part? Feeling like I was wasting years without results. Jason and I had moments where we wanted to give up – where the idea of building something on the side felt impossible.

But I also knew I didn’t want to sit around feeling lonely as an empty nester. I wanted something more than just scrolling on my phone after work.

The Amazon Advantage

Here’s the thing: Amazon has over 310 million active customers worldwide. Every single day, people shop on Amazon for things they don’t even realize they need until they see them. That’s exposure you can’t get anywhere else.

I know it can be controversial as a small business owner, Amazon seems to be taking over everything but small businesses just like ours can get in the game and now instead of watching my dreams pass me by, I get to watch my products land in the hands of even more customers all over the country.
