Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then the payment gateway gives this sensitive information directly to the payment processor. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

HostGator

Our store is hosted on HostGator Inc. using the Shopify application. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your user data (not credit card information) is stored on Hostgator’s secure server behind a firewall.

Shopify

Your credit card number and security code are never stored on our website. The payment gateway through Shopify gives this sensitive information directly to the payment processor.

What products a customer ordered and when
Name, e-mail address, and phone number provided by the customer
Billing (and optionally: shipping) address entered by the customer

Paypal

Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of our most important priorities. That’s why we automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer and our servers.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment or review, the comment or review and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
