Mother’s Day Sale

I thought I would quickly share a little bit about my experience being a Mom. Many of you know that I am a mother to twin girls, they are the light of my life and you can read all about their birth story here in a blog post I did a few years back. But did you know I am also a step-mom to two wonderful adult children? Motherhood is no joke, it has been the greatest challenge, especially being a step-mom…..can I get an AMEN?? But I have always looked at every challenge as an opportunity to grow and I am thankful for all of those things because I respect the person I have become.
If you would have asked me as a teen or young adult how many kids I was going to have I would have told you I wasn’t going to have any kids. LOL! I did not think I was cut out for motherhood but fast forward many roads, trials and blessings and you will find me with the life I never thought was possible and 4 kids that I love with all my heart and soul! I would not trade being a Mom for anything, it is the best most rewarding and hardest thing I have ever done in my life but the one thing I am also proudest of!
Motherhood, to me, is a gift. An honor. Something that shouldn’t be taken for granted. I am so incredibly grateful to be the person they lean on, trust and laugh with. To give them a solid foundation of good morals and a strong work ethic, a sense of security, to be themselves and to follow their dreams. I love watching them all grow and I am grateful they are all healthy and happy. I love you Courtney, Bryan, Paris and Marissa you are all so special to me!!
