Valentines Day

Valentines Day

Heart Hands SunsetI have never been a big fan of Valentines Day, I just see it as a day where restaurants are packed, flowers are overpriced and couples are under pressure to show their love.  I think all the heart shaped boxes of chocolate are just cheesy.

My husband and I usually pick another day to go out to dinner and spend a nice evening together.  To me it is not about a specific day, we try to show each other love every day and take time to have date nights so we don’t feel like we need a specified day to do that.

Valentines Day Experiences

As I have said before my favorite things are experiences so going to a see a new movie, going to see a show or concert or eating at a new restaurant are my idea of a great Valentines Day! I am a pretty simple girl and I am pretty lucky to have a husband who shows his love for me and does lots of nice little things throughout the year……..So blessed!

I also think small gifts are nice, you don’t have to spend a ton.  Etsy is the best place to shop for that unique and thoughtful gift.  So many handmade things that would make great Valentines Day gifts.

Red Shed Designs is excited to offer a new product, we have come up with our first personalized product just in time for Valentines Day.  We have designed a small wooden circle stamped with a letter of your choice.  We are so excited to offer these beautiful new necklaces, they look amazing layered with longer necklaces too!  If you don’t have a Valentine this year order one for yourself!
