I Saw It. I Loved It. So I Made My Own.

I Saw It. I Loved It. So I Made My Own.

Sometimes the best creative ideas start with a little bit of “Wait… I could make that.”

I was scrolling the Free People website when I came across their Denim And Bone Wildlife Patched Pants. They were $228 and, of course, they’re now sold out.

But instead of thinking, “Oh well, I missed them,” I thought:

I can make those.

And that little thought turned into something so much bigger.

I started collecting and imagining beautiful National Park patches—mountains, wildlife, landscapes and places that make you stop and appreciate just how incredible this country is. Before I knew it, the idea had completely morphed into an entire collection of one-of-a-kind, National Park-inspired upcycled pieces.

And honestly? I am SO proud of this collection.

I even kept one of the jackets for myself and wore it on a recent trip. The number of people who stopped me to tell me how much they loved it, asked where I got it, or simply commented on how cool it was…

That was the fuel I needed.

It reminded me exactly why I love making things that you simply can’t find everywhere else.

These aren’t mass-produced pieces. They’re thrifted, reimagined, patched, pieced together and given an entirely new story.

And now, I’m finally letting some of them go.

If you’ve ever wanted to wear a little piece of adventure, travel, vintage style and National Park magic…

this collection is for you.

And remember…

Sometimes you don’t need to buy the thing you fell in love with. You just need to make your own version of it.
