Something New is Coming to Red Shed Designs: One-of-a-Kind Vintage Finds & Upcycled Fashion

For years, Red Shed Designs has been known for handcrafted jewelry made from natural materials – pieces designed to help women express themselves with confidence and creativity. But if you’ve been following along for a while, you know I love to curate vintage and my unique style doesn’t stop at jewelry.

It starts with wandering through antique stores, digging through vintage shops, discovering forgotten treasures, collecting fabrics & patches, saving old denim jeans, and imaging what each piece could become.

I’ve spent years collecting items simply because they spoke to me. Now, I’m finally ready to share them with you.

Introducing Red Shed Designs Curated Vintage

I’m so excited to announce that Red Shed Designs is expanding it’s online selections.

Beginning on 7/7 (because 7 is my favorite number) you’ll find carefully curated vintage clothing, unique vintage treasurers, and my own handmade upcycled clothing available to shop right here on this website.

Every collection has been thoughtfully chosen or created with one goal in mind:

To help Women build a wardrobe that feels creative, confident, and completely their own.

This isn’t fast fashion.

It isn’t mass-produced.

And it definitely isn’t something you’ll find in every store.

Every Piece has a Story

One of the reasons I love vintage so much is that every items has already lived a life. Some pieces remind me of road trips through small towns. Others were found tucked away in forgotten corners of antique malls or estate sales.

Then there are my favorite projects – the jackets and clothing I redesign by hand. I take existing garments and give them an entirely new life with carefully chosen vintage patches, fabrics, stitching and details that make each piece truly one of a kind. No two are ever exactly alike.

Why One-of-One Matters

Every vintage item I source is unique.

All upcycled jackets are handmade by me.

That means when a piece sells, it’s gone.

There are no restocks.

No backorders.

No warehouse full of inventory.

Monthly Vintage Drops

Instead of adding products every day, I will be releasing carefully curated collections through monthly drops.

Each drop will feature a fresh collection of vintage finds, handmade upcycled clothing, and creative pieces that inspire confidence and personal style. Because everything is one-of-one, many pieces may sell quickly.

When you see something that speaks to you, don’t wait too long – you may not get a second chance. That’s part of the magic!

It’s a new Treasure Hunt each month.

This is more than shopping

My hope has always been that Red Shed Designs would become more than a place to buy beautiful things.

I want it to be a place where women – especially those of us navigating life after 40 – feel inspired to express themselves again.

To try the vintage jacket.

To stop saving their favorite pieces for “someday”
